Our first task was to find a consistent VBL for Nicorette Coated Lozenges that would disrupt the category and instantly communicate that there is something new.

Next, it was time to bring in our spokesman, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Leveraging his likeness at retail was key to connecting shoppers to Nicorette Coated Lozenges.

Smokers over-index with NASCAR (159i watch regularly),and with Walmart (31MM Walmart shoppers). The perfect way to engage them: with Dale Earnhardt Jr., a beloved NASCAR legend. He's also an ex-smoker, and wanted to share his story to help others quit.We created a Dale Jr. event at Walmart in Charlotte, NC, that reached hundreds of fans and shoppers .From the content we captured that day, we developed a campaign to reach millions more.
